"I chose the Excelsior for its proximity to the train station, as I was arriving and leaving by train and also did an excursion by train to the Certosa nearby (which I highly recommend). It also was close enough to all of the other sights to be walkable. The room was spotlessly clean. Also, the city map provided by the hotel was excellent! Tourist maps often do not label all streets, or use printing so small that they are not user-friendly, but this one was great."

"Hotel un po’ datato ma camera molto spaziosa e in ordine … parcheggi gratuiti in loco pochissimi ma sono stato fortunato a trovarne uno altrimenti avrei dovuto parcheggiare negli altri che sono tutti a pagamento.. colazione non un granché .. briosche non buonissime e non offrivano molto altro.. pochissimi salumi per esempio… ma per un soggiorno di una notte e’ più che accettabile anche se il prezzo secondo me e’ un po’ alto.. 138€ compreso di 3€ di tassa di soggiorno… "

Camera spaziosa con grande tv e bagno nuovo, secondo me ristrutturata in parte, mancano prese per ricaricare il cellulare vicino al letto, si deve rinunciare alla lampada sul comodino. Prima prijs voor een ruime familiekamer, inclusief uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet én je auto staat veilig binnen de poort. Hier zijn wij altijd erg blij mee, aangezien de auto helemaal vol zit vanwege onze vakantie. Leerpunten voor het hotel: de airco voldoet niet. Hij doet het wel, maar het blijft heel warm en benauwd op de kamer. Ook zou een koelkastje op de kamer fijn zijn."
