"The hotel is in an excellent location right in middle of town within walking distance of everything Basingstoke has to offer. "A lovely place to stay…we were staying for a Thorpe park visit which is just a 5 minute drive away. Rooms were comfy, had everything needed and great air conditioning for the heat wave! "For a solo traveller, if you need a clean and safe place to stay overnight, this place is sufficient. Room is tiny and one person could barely turn around. Bathroom and ac will be the amenities provided. Checkout was 10am so I barely could sleep in, also I heard clearly and constantly that neighbours’ doors were closed. Parking is at the back and a short walk to Thames river and train station. Staffs were friendly. Anyway you paid for what you got."
