"Absolutely the WORST and most horrifying experience I’ve ever had at any hotel in my life. I’m flabbergasted that this place is considered a 3 star hotel - I’ve stayed at run down motels with better service. The rooms are filthy, with a cockroach infestation. We had cockroaches crawling all over the walls and floors, and had to buy cockroach spray during our stay. The bedsheets were filthy when we first checked in and had LIPSTICK STAINS!
