"The property/room were spotless and well appointed. The location of the B&B was also ideal in that it was secluded yet not that far from Perth and ideal if you are shopping or attending a show. We were surprised at how lovely and spacious our room was.
The owners were very attentive and the breakfast was superb.
This was also a great place to purchase their own maple syrup!"

"It was unbearably hot in the room. Screen on sliding door was broken so we couldn't leave the door open. Only one of three windows had a screen. Thermostat was set to off but one of the electric heaters was blasting heat. It was a very uncomfortably hot night with only one window open. Air conditioner was not installed.
Room and washroom were not very clean. Windows and areas around windows and sliding door were filthy. Looked like they had not been cleaned yet from the winter.

"DO NOT BOOK. This is a scam. Non refundable and the place is closed permanently. The ‘host’ has disconnected numbers. Absolutely ruined weekend trip that cost a fortune that wasn’t reimbursed and we travelled hours from home. Expedia said they would find us other accommodations but nothing was available and we were on the hook for the bill. Terrible terrible terrible"
