"The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great."

"This hotel has become one of my favourites to stay in for a short trip to JB. Mall does not have a great variety of stores but Book Xcess is worth spending some time in. I also really like the water dispenser initiative, perhaps the hotel can also consider only giving out disposable toiletries on request to further protect the environment. Breakfast was quite good too. "

"Everything about the room was great! Spacious, clean and even has a clean mini fridge. The amenities were subpar at best - gym, hot spring. Gym was limited in equipment and lighting was super dim - located within the Apartments/Condo instead of the Hotel itself. Hot Spring was a bit stinky to be honest. Website published the provision of plenty of amenities. However, we had to request for very basic amenities such as toilet hand soap/hand wash!
