"The decor of the rooms that we stayed in were just as pictured in the ads; very beautiful. The property itself is gorgeous and we felt quite at home. The house managers were also so nice and helpful. They made a difference in our stay. Even though we did not speak the same language they respected my mother and took care of us the best! "I arrived to be informed that they no longer take online bookings and therefore my expedia booking was invalid. They said that they maybe could organise a room for later that evening but I would have to pay cash immediately if I wanted it. I left and found an alternative and have applied for a refund. The staff at the hotel were friendly but very clear that if you online book they doi not consider it a reservation."
