"Room was lovely and staff fantastic"

"Although I only stayed for one night, I had a wonderful experience. We were able to check-in early and were assigned a cozy, warm room. The hotel is family-run, and the staff were all sweet, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was great too! One thing to note is that there is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up to your room if you're staying on the second floor."

"It's a lovely place with a pleasant views of the mountains and the garden area. The hot water tap for the bathtub was hit or miss (sometimes it was hot, sometimes cool) and the shower door didn't close all the way. Everything was clean.
