"Rooms were super modern, touch screen everything. Bathrooms clean and comfortable. The staff couldn’t have been better, helpful, very friendly, and went out of their way to make our trip better."

"The main entrance is fresh and modern with excellent and friendly staff. Free filter coffee and tea available at all times. Room was very clean however, the bed was small, rock hard with uncomfortable pillows. Having hard floors also meant the room was quite loud. Can't beat the location but, expected more for the price."

"It was a superb location. It is right at the Waverly Station stop and then a walk up one of the closes or up the street to the Royal Mile. The room was nicely appointed. It's a great place to stay."

"This place was one of the worst properties we visited while in England. Lets start with the rooms, the AC didnt work and the shower leaked all over the floor and ruined our luggage. You could tell this is an on going issue because the base boards were all swollen up and in bad shape. No wash clothes in the room either. The lifts are dangerous, the lift starts moving before the door is closed. We had to pay an additional 15 pounds for breakfast per person. Our dinner at the restaurant was also...

"Super hébergement! Initialement, c'était un hôtel de transition entre l'avion et la location de voiture le lendemain. Mais quelle surprise ! Un endroit convivial, le personnel absolument adorable, chambre propre et confortable. Thé et café mis à disposition gratuitement. L'ambiance était si bonne que nous avons simplement déposer nos affaires dans la chambre et passé du temps en bas avec les autres voyageurs. Nous vous recommandons et nous reviendrons sans hésiter . Merci pour tout "

"Other guests were given Prosecco on arrival but we didn’t.Reception staff did not seem to be that proficient and did not know if they could provide a chair for the shower also the fridge was not working all was put right in the end "

"Very helpful staff. Great breakfast. Walk one minute to sister hotel for evening meal. In the heart of city centre. My only negative was room 4127 is an accessible room but to get to bath room, the door opens out and blocks the path to toilet, if you are in a wheelchair."
