"Comfy room on the water… a bit of travel time to get there and most other places - but worth it for quiet and comfort. GREAT view, kind staff, wonderful breakfast space and lounging space. We made several day trips from here and always appreciated the comfort and quiet when we returned. Photos are from the property and a nearby village we walked around and enjoyed fish and chips by the sea. We also made a caste trip and did more exploring from here - so the “local” atmosphere was appreciated...

"The place is older and hasn't seen the best of maintenance in recent years it seems. The door to the bathroom in our room did not close due to misalignment. The shower stall had mold in the corners. The room itself smelled and felt damp. Nobody on site to complain to so we lived with it. Considering our experience and what was paid we would not come back unless other options were booked up. Yes the place is cheaper than a lot in the area however it was still overpriced in our eyes."

"スカイ島観光の起点としては最適な場所です。サービスで気になった点は、①ディナー　予約して5分前に行くも、入り口際の最悪席を案内。入る時にメニューカードを渡され、ワインアルコールメニュー提供なし。席は、変更希望して変えて貰いました。他の接客は、席でメニューとワインリストを丁寧に接客。 前菜をシェアしたく、皿をリクエストするも拒否。メインに変わる時にカテラリーを変えて貰いましたが、肉料理に丸いナイフを提供。切りにくいのを見た他のスタッフがシャープなナイフを持って来てくれて美味しく楽しめました。料理は美味しく満足。我々がアジア人だったから? 白人には丁寧。 ②タオルと水のサプライ無し スカイ島観光を終えて戻り、シャワーを浴びようとするも、タオルが1枚しかありませんでした。サプライを依頼したら、すぐに持ってきてくれて、反応は良好。 隣にSPARがあり、小物の買い物も出来て良い場所にあるから①②の体験は残念でした。"

Walls are thin and could hear neighbors’ phone alarms and opening/closing room doors all morning. Unable to sleep after 5am. Dinner in the restaurant was fully booked by a large group when checking in. Would not stay here again."

"The accommodations were very clean and well suited for a super relaxing stay with incredible views of the Raasay straight. Staff was amazing and the dinner and breakfasts were very well prepared. Incredible place to stay! I would highly recommend it."

"The Skye Inn was a guesthouse at hotel prices. The restaurant was closed the breakfast while good was slow and the staff in their own words were “distracted” Basically it seemed that the student aged staff were operating the Skye Inn without adult management. Perhaps as the season was just starting they were all new on their jobs but the place missed having an experienced adult in charge"

"This is a great hotel and would stay there again. Only complaint is pictures on expedia do not match the assigned room. Example, we booked a room with a clawfoot bathtub that also had more windows. The front desk staff acknowledged the pictures do not match the rooms. Overall, great property."
