"Das beste am Haus ist die Lage, mitten in der Stadt und dennoch relativ ruhig. Allerdings könnte es besser gepflegt werden. Die Zimmerreinigung war nicht immer gut!
Grundsätzlich sehr nette und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter.
Das Hotel kann man durchaus empfehlen!"

"the hotel is located at a quiet location. breakfast can be purchased for a reasonable price. it has great choice of yoghurts, eggs, bread, fruit. The hotel is walking distance to the beach, town and bus stops. There is a large supermarket closeby and more shops and restaurants just minutes walk away. there is parking spaces in the streets around the hotel."

"I loved this hotel!!!
As soon as you enter the courtyard, it’s like stepping in a different world. It’s quiet, relaxing and smells of flowers. They have got the most beautiful trees, as well as a little fountain which only adds to the atmosphere.
The rooms are beautiful, decorated to the smallest details. We had booked the large room which has the biggest shower I have ever seen.
The rooms are quiet and you can sleep really well, despite being around the corner from a busy area.
The location...

"Despite making a reservation a month ago, our room was given to someone else. The room they gave us for the first night was not a good one. In the room where we stayed for the other 3 nights, when you took a shower, the shower door didn't close completely and the water flowed all the way into the hallway. The hotel's location was good, but it needs renovation."

"Liked the staff, very friendly and helpful. Liked the location if you are willing to walk about 15 minutes to Old Town, we like to walk. Close bus stop for our trip to Lindos. Some very good restaurants close by. Did not like the size of the shower, could barely turn around, in fact the entire bathroom is tiny. Overall, for the price a very good value."

"Lovely modern property. Not sure when it was built but its still in good order. The best very large comfy bed we've ever stayed in. Lovely staff couldn't do enough for us. The only personal down side was the lack of sunshine on our outdoor sitting area to dry wet clothing but thats more due to rooms location. Its about 10 mins to the old town, maybe to much for some people but we found it fine. Would definitely recommend."

"Room lovely and clean. Gluten free menu options. Small pool but sunbeds avail. Entertainment was ok but would struggle for a long holiday. Could have done with a courtesy room to shower on last day as no showers in toilet areas."

"As a solo traveler, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at the Hippocampus Hotel in Rhodes. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and at home. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine friendliness were truly heartwarming—it felt like staying with family.
The restaurant was another standout. The atmosphere was vibrant and full of energy, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every meal was a delight, with fresh, flavorful dishes that made each dining experience...
