"I wasn’t able to sleep all night not feeling safe because my room door could be opened very easily, I had to wedge the chair to make sure I could hear if someone came in my room. The room oom had a strong smell that was unbearable, to find out that they used a urinal cake to cover up the sink drainage smell. I reserved a 4 night stay but I checked out the very next day. I didn’t feel comfortable staying there another night. "

"It was one of my favorite hotels except for the lunch staff; the service was very poor, they had unpleasant manners, and were unfriendly. One of the waiters was empathetic, friendly, and helpful, but the rest were extremely unpleasant. The people at the front desk were wonderful, kind, and helpful. The cleaning staff were very friendly, and our room was spotlessly clean. "
