"Misleading property photos. All of the photos must be from the Aspire side of the property because the Eisenhower side of the property is all old and not recently renovated. Worn and buckled hallway carpet. No fancy swimming pool (although we did not explore the Aspire property where the pool was probably located).

"This is a beautiful clean hotel in a fantastic location! I will say I think the pool rules are pretty ridiculous. I’ve stayed at a ton of hotels and usually the rule is no glass bottles by the pool. This hotel allows zero alcohol at all so if you’re an adult looking to relax and unwind while your kids swim, you can’t. They also make you sign in to the pool which is kind of crazy, I’ve literally never seen that in my life- who’s responsible, who’s swimming, ages etc. that was really weird. You...

"The property was better then expected. The restaurant was a little pn the high end but the food was delicious!! The view was amazing and the room had everything we could need and then some. I will be staying there again."

"Clean, unique hotel. Front desk staff fumbled a bit, but were nice. I recommend upgrading. Nice, well-kept gym. Nice little amenities, like a candy table and bikes to take out. Use valet. Street parking is a mess."

"Booked two deluxe lodges for my family lodges for my family. Lodges were reserved on opposite ends of the camp from one another. Staff was unwilling or unable too e us to a closer lodge despite 4 nearby cabins being unused during our stay there. They didn't seem to empathize with our situation much either. Supervisor just had a blank, uncaring demeanor during the ordeal."
