"Lovely friendly staff. Very helpful with tourist info. The room was lovely and adequate for a 2 night stay. It was wonderful to have a balcony. Did not like the centrally climate controlled room, I found it too hot. The pillows were awful. Absolutley no support in them at all. Pillows are so important for a good nights sleep. The walls are a bit thin. We could hear the noise from next door. Despite that we are returning to stay as overall we loved the helpful staff, the comfortable mattress, and...

"Being in a hostel, my expectations are adjusted. Am still disappointed the common are has no easy access for common communal functions like food prep, availability of hot beverage or even water. Hallways are a bit noisy Even in the early morning but no clear guidelines on acceptable and non acceptable practices. Clear posted guidelines will help to set expectations of patron and hotel. "

"This was a fun and funky hostel, but our private room was very nice. It was roomy, had a small but good bathroom and a comfortable bed. The lighting could be improved. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The location was very convenient with many good dining options very nearby. You can pick up an Tuk-Tuk across the street. It was a 10-15 Euro ride to and from the airport on Uber."

"We stayed for 3 nights in 2 different rooms, first room was better than the last night room. The problem with the second room was the noise and smell. Since the evening started smelling like someone was smoking near the room (could be uo, downstairs or outside) nit sure where the heavy smoke smell was coming from. "The room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean. It had high ceilings and a chandelier, and what looked like antique furniture which had been nicely restored and was very functional. They had a mini bar and in-room tea and coffee service. The hotel was located close to all Lisbon attractions, and we walked everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful, like the young man Ryan at the reception. I’m not sure about parking in the area since we didn’t drive. I would highly recommend this...
