"Le personnel est tout simplement fantastique, à l'écoute, serviable, disponible. Vous pouvez demander une réparation de clim un dimanche, ici tout est possible. L'emplacement est parfait prêt des cites touristiques et de la mer. Je recommande vivement."

After check in, i asked for extra towels, the staff said they will give only 1 towel. I said "I paid for 4-guest room, so how come we can only have 3 towels?" and finally, they gave us 2 extra towels. lol"

"Had issues with my credit card payment at the front desk reception. Apparently they only allow pin transaction credit card, no signature transaction. Fortunately, I had a local there to help me to pay first. Many mini cockroaches found in the room toilet and areas beside the bed, despite after changing my room once.
