"What a find! This quiet little corner of Carcassone was so close to the walled city, yet was beautiful to stay at, the staff were incredibly helpful, and the pool was a fantastic spot to cool off in the afternoon. Plus, the decor of the rooms was fantastic (our was hot pink and orange). Could not have been happier with our stay at Hotel Montmorency!"

"Les personnes de la réception très aimables, la maison propre avec une bonne cuisine équipée ; sob propre, we propre, draps propres. 3 petits « ics »: pas de climatisation, matelas très dur et oreillers « vides ». Pour le restant, les 3 jours ont été bien.. très agréable On était 4 adultes et 2 enfants en bas âge.."

"Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day. "We really enjoyed our stay. We had a family room with separate bedrooms and bathrooms for the parents versus children. It is a traditional hotel and everyone was so friendly. There is secure parking up front. One can walk to the main place and shops easily. "
