"I understand the self check in and I love it's easy and efficient. I couldn't get to the motel before 6pm when reception closes. I rang to get the code etc and no one answered. I had to wait 20 minutes. It's not a big deal but maybe ask for an expected arrival time or if someone hasn't checked in by 6pm txt them the code and room number."

"The room we were first given was so small and looked nothing like the pictures online for the room that we booked. They did move us when we said something and they were very good about it too their credit. Location was good but the place looks like it needs alot of work."
