"I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel. The hotel was clean the bathroom was dated but it didn’t bother us. Hotel is in a good location near the train station & the centre of nice. There are nice restaurants & brunch spots in the area. Less than 10 minutes walk to the promenade would stay again. "

"Room was good size for longer stay, most of the staff were friendly. No information in the room re services provided, including ie room service, breakfast . Very quite room which was requested. Location was excellent to the Promonade. This hotel could be 5 stars 🌟 with a bit of additional effort & adding some extras in the room and as location is fabulous and so is the building."

"Staff excellent at reception and throughout. Breakfast excellent.
Room on bijou side but location beside nice-ville station more than compensated. Hotel bar really only a large reception area but
drinks available. Overall really enjoyed our stay and eould definitely reccommend."

"The room did not have body lotion or conditioner, we found it strange and expected these items to be part of any hotel room. When we asked we were told we were told that it did not include those items as our room was a category basic. My recommendation at the minimum they should have a 30ml bottle of these items in each room. "
