The rooms are great, aircon fab, great hot shower (not to be taken for granted in Thai hotels!) whole place is spotlessly clean and staff are super friendly and helpful. Cute little pool and cold beer on draught in the lovely cool lobby. Would definitely return."

"Cheap rooms but there are several better ones around for the same price. Annoying check with lots of paperwork to sign. Very thin walls so pick up the noise outside. Clean but very old rooms and bedding. Several floors but no lift. The hotel has a new and old building a few side streets apart which is confusing when try to find it. Make sure you know which you need. On the plus side, is cheap and reasonably clean. "

"The room with the private pool was great. The room looked great and it had one of the longest showers i have had in a hotel room. The breakfast area is outside but covered. There are not a lot of seats, so it could happen, that you need to wait to be able to have breakfast. All days we spend there, we had no issue. Everyone was very friendly. There was no buffet for breakfast, everything needed to be ordered from a little menu. Food was good. The wifi could have been a bit quicker. Ping was 50....

"Très bien dans l’ensemble, situé dans la vieille ville et à 20mn du Night bazar à pied. La piscine est superbe , eau fraîche. Néanmoins, nous pensions avoir une chambre avec vue sur la piscine (comme les photos le montre) ce qui n’était pas le cas, chambre sombre si on est pas côté piscine "

"Overall, a good stay, which was expected when paying a bit more in Chiang Mai. The room was spacious and it seems we got an upgrade as well, which was much appreciated. The pool is a good size with modern equipment and the towels are comfortable. The gym seems well-equipped. Highlight was the amazing breakfast buffet, choices, high quality and very fresh.
