"I called and asked for an early check in and was told I would have one for 1:30-2:00. I got there and they told me I was early and it wasn’t ready. I then paid a fee. Came back later and was asked to pay it again. I showed I paid it and it was waived. When I went to leave, they called and were very adamant I had to pay it again. I checked and looked like something happened to it. I told them I would pay when I check out. (30minutes) we had a worker stalking our room waiting outside of it. It was very weird"

"The beds were not comfortable. The tv service cut in and out so watching tv was pointless. There is a master switch that they don’t tell you about so if you don’t turn it on none of the lights work. The staff was originally RUDE but eventually they got better. The air conditioning only works when it wants to. And you have to pay for parking…$40/night!!! "
