"We loved it there. Our unit was very clean, modern and nicely situated overlooking the golf course from the patio (great sunsets) and with a view of the mountains from the front parking lot. We took a walk around the grounds, and had beautiful views of the mountains and a large pond. Very peaceful. We played mini golf and went to the guest reception at the clubhouse. Free beer, wine and snacks, including fresh popcorn. It is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants, and less than 10...

"Be cautious if checking in late. I arrived af 9pm, My room code didnt work and i texted and called multiple times with no response. I had to go to the bar next door to get help and finally got into my room 1.5 hrs later."

"Everything was wonderful! Evelyn was a fantastic hostess, and I enjoyed talking to her and helping feed the chickens and her horse (I asked if I could). This is a beautiful property and home. Our cabin was very nice, too. We slept well and enjoyed our stay at this remote quiet location that was still only a couple miles from town!"

"Our apartment was clean as a whistle and decorated beautifully. The shower was heavenly with the overhead rain shower in addition to the handheld. We brought our dog and he was comfortable with his dog bed that we brought along. For those of you bringing your dog, be sure and pack their dog bed as dogs are not allowed on furniture. "It was decent but with some more thorough cleaning especially on the back patio where the view is, and AC in the hot summer months, this would be a great place. It was not made known beforehand that there was no AC and it was 90 degrees while we were there so very hot in the condo during the day. There was no laundry soap, we had to fold the towels from the dryer, and the back patio was full of spider webs and very dirty so we really couldn't enjoy it. "This house had everything a family could need for a stay. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds extremely comfortable. There was nothing this place lacked. We enjoyed our stay and will try to get this place again when we go back to Pagosa springs. It's a hidden off the road gem."

"At this price point, you need to be able to use the water for a shower or to brush your teeth. The oder made putting the water on you or in your mouth impossible. Had to use bottles of water. The owners use of air fresheners (pine Forrest) especially upstairs was over done the scent was on steroids. "
