Excellent hotel fantastic service

Excellent welcome by front desk staff. Great room, clean, good facilities and very comfortable bed. Great pool, and poolside service very attentive. Free shuttle service to airport and the best driver, extremely informative and helpful.

The view matches the name of the hotel. Beat ifully maintained by Sandra and Florian. Access to the small parking area is up a steep hill. There is a bit more parking on the road. Great breakfast, we preferred the 'Organic'choice - recommended. Small pool perfect for morning swims. We stayed for three nights, exploring the area by car, and had our lunches and dinners en route. This strategy worked well for us as we were not interested in any nightlife.

Excellent property, great value for money. Room was spacious and clean with good AC. Pools were great size and clean also

The pool is not large but although the hotel was quite busy pool access was good. The grounds are kept beautiful and the staff are all very nice. One street back from the beach so no sea view, but could hear the waves and easily reach the beach. The villa we had was great even if the furnishings are a bit old.

The room says view to the garden but we didn´t have that, very small frigde in one of the rooms

Value for money definitely. A 1 minute walk to the beach. Staff very pleasant. Swimming pool quite and child friendly if you have kids.

We had a 9 night stay at Conchal Hotel 01/11-10/11/2017 and it couldn’t have been better. The hotel is located close to at least 5 fantastic restaurants and the hotel restaurant Papaya is also delicious. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful from helping us book taxis to arranging tours and airport transfers and even suggesting drinks we should try. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and very clean. Brasilito is not what I would call “touristy” which for us was ideal, the people in...

It was lovely. Would love to visit again. The wildlife and location is superb.

Borinquen has wonderfully landscaped grounds (with armadillos and other animals roaming around) built into geothermal area – and featuring a natural sauna seating on top of a bubbling hot spring, excellent muds for the skin and natural hot springs as well as short trails through the geothermal area. The spa looks very good but unfortunately closes early (last appointment 1600). Wifi in the restaurant only. The zipline (canopy) tour around hotel grounds is excellent. The restaurant serves very...

The hotel, the staff, the food and all the facilities were excellent especially the pool. The only minor down side was that there isn't a fridge in the room for keeping drinks chilled.
