"Overall, a good place to stay. The staff was helpful and super friendly! Especially Susan, Elias, Felipe and Yoi! Rooms were clean and had what we needed. As we are finding with most resorts the food is a little blah, so take seasoning! lol. Remember it is kid friendly. It is on the smaller size, which we liked and even with it being smaller things are not over busy. Like the pool is big enough and the few places to eat weren't ever packed.

"I booked a trip with my family to this place! Overall the place where is located is a nice place but for the price worth the owner should definitely consider of investing with the renovations of the rooms they definitely need improved starting with the bathrooms, rooms, kitchen and living room some of the furniture was rusty and old specially the mattresses they looked very old. "We arrived at 2:00PM and were told the room was not ready. We had to wait 4 hours, until 6:00PM until we were given a room key. Upon arriving in the room, which was dated, and showed obvious wear and tear, we attempted to take showers. The room had no hot water. Towel hanger was broken off the wall, overall old and worn. "We stayed in the Nyuri Suite for 4 nights. The suite is huge, clean and well air conditioned. We brought our teenager and had his own room queen bed and bathroom within the suite.
