"Nicht die gebuchte Zimmerkagegorie bekommen. Stattdessen sollte ich sogar noch 10 € mehr bezahlen. Man war der Meinung das die Buchung nur ein Wunsch darstellen würde. Durch die angrenzende Straße sehr laut. Fleckiger Teppich, Bettwäsche bei Ankunft "verknittert" Frühstück war ok. Keine Rauchmelder im Zimmer und Flur. Fluchtwege waren durch Schuhe versperrt.
