"Beautiful room, great location, friendly staff, good breakfasy. The only thing that annoyed us was the motion sensor light in the bathroom. If someone had to go in the middle of the night, it was so bright the whole room lit up. Also, it turned off while I was in the shower and no amount of waving my arms turned it back on. Honestly, despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel was perfect and I would gladly stay there again if I ever return. "

"Palazzo Vecchio is an excellent hotel for many reasons. Friendly and helpful front desk staff, clean and comfortable rooms including bed, shower pressure is consistent and hot, impressive hot breakfast with made-to-order cappuccino, latte from baristas, very close to train station (2-3 min walk), and within walking distance to most major Florence landmarks and attractions. Only downside is the walls are thin so you can hear hotel guests next door when they sneeze or talk - this did not...

"My mom & I loved our stay here. Mom has mobility issues so the elevator came in handy. It was also a close enough walk to the duomo for an easy walk for us both. The hotel itself was lovely and this was the first hotel we stayed in our Europe trip where the breakfast was included. The staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel."
