"The money you paid is a little higher for not have included the outdoor water park and breakfast it's too expensive ..The place maybe good for family with kid's.. the housekeeping not even try to clean our room , the safe box locked . Dusty in the furniture. Beside that you have to paid for parking which is one of the free services offer in every other's hotels, I have been. Will be my first time and the last!"

"The admission was a little chaotic as we forgot where to park (had been there a couple of years ago) and didn't get directions from the staff either that we probably should park first then check in then unload our luggage...
The rest of the stay was as expected. Had fun in the water park and the food was good too. They didn't come to make the bed though only gave us more clean towels after first night (We booked for two nights).
Overall, ok."

"I really love the location and the amenities and I would love to see this place renovated . Chairs ,rugs are very outdated and the indoor pool and gym area needs more maintenance. This hotel has so much potential if the place get all the renovations that are needed it could be one of the nest hotel in the area"

"Clean and in a walkable area to restaurants. Parking easy. I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, but it looked like they put out a nice spread. Renovations going on inside and outside the hotel at the time we stayed. Front desk staff are meh. "The apple garden of eden smelt like mold. It was no hot water Diane from the front desk was so very helpful. She upgraded our room to the champagne tower suite. The food was fantastic. It was prepared to order by a chef. Our waitress Kay was wonderful. Everyone was very professional and great. Especially the front desk. Needs upgraded."
