"The hotel itself was good, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, I would advise future guests to be very careful with the cancellation policy. Our reservation was advertised as fully refundable, and we canceled well before the deadline, yet we were still charged for both the canceled reservation and the reservation we actually used. This created a very frustrating situation and required additional follow-up.

"The hotel staff were very friendly. Our room was on the 4th floor. It was large with two rooms, a table and four chairs. Tv in each room . The room was clean and tidy. There were two doors out onto the balcony which has most beautiful Mountain View. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, the location was slightly uphill and close to the shops, restaurants and only a short walk to the train station. "Very good location, just steps from Interlaken West Station.
Prices are lower than most of other hotels in the area.
Large bathtub, water pressure was good, temperature was excellently. Buffet breakfast was OK.
Very limited room amenities, no fridge, no kettle, no bottle water, no coffee/tea, no clock, no power outlet near bedside tables.
Garbage can only in bathroom.
Bathroom no counter space, no shelf space, no cloth hook - the only hook had be used for garbages and hairdryer.

"View - view from the front of the hotel is stunning.
The Deck - Hotel’s restaurant which is actually a Deck overlooking mountains. It is in front, outside the hotel and is gorgeous.
Staff - courteous and polite
Huge shout out to - Daniel, Natalie, Pedro, Louis, John.
Rooms are nice, I booked with the forest view. Mountain view rooms are more expensive. Check size of the room before booking.
They have foosball table, board games, billiards table.
Self laundry service for CHF 10."
