"Stayed one night before a chartered sailing. Staff was very nice and friendly. Arrived late afternoon one hour after check in time and the room was not ready yet. Stayed on a Friday night and they had cocktail hour by the pool with free pickies, which was nice. The room was booked/advertised as a condo with two bedrooms. We did not know that it was a private condo in a property next to the hotel, not the actual hotel. More of an air B&B style. The condo was very spacious and nice to have...

"The property was nice. The location 50/50. Near the beach, short 1 minute walk or less. On site parking was convenient . Not many food options in the immediate area however, it’s a short drive to other dining options. The room was clean and the young lady was very friendly and helpful. "

"Good morning The stay was good Peaceful But the place was not clean properly In the upper bathroom corner there was so much spider line and somewhere you could see rusting in several areas. In spite off all, it was worth it for the quietness, comfortability. "

"Beautiful location and views, a bit difficult drive to get to with very limited parking. Restaurant was decent but pricey for the food. Very friendly staff. 10 minutes in either direction will get you to an amazing beach, Cane Garden Bay or Long Bay. "

"It was wonderful everything was clean. Everything was great. If I had a complaint, and we did have a problem both nights we tried to make reservations for dinner. You should save a table or two for your guests. We didn’t know we had to make reservations early in the day or the day before to get a table for dinner. 😞"

"This is the place to go to enjoy the warm waters's of the Caribbean and learn how to sail, windsurf, snorkel, paddle board, or just enjoy swimming. The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. You just need to ask and they are willing to adjust to your needs. The only little drawl back was the mosquitoes at night which they are not really able to do much about because dinner in in an open air restaurant on the beach. They provide mosquito repellent upon request...

"We waited 20minutes for the front desk lady to arrive. Then, after checking in an hour and a half after check-in, we walked into the room and the lady was still making our bed. Otherwise, clean rooms. "

"This place has a lot of potential. Unfortunately our trip started on "the wrong foot". There was a water outage which was quickly dealt with (pipe burst). But we were told the water was back on in our unit but when we arrived after running around the island for the day, it was still off. It did get resolved. I would say that for the price I paid, I was expecting good water pressure with hot water. I would call the water at best warm but did not get hot. Water pressure was less than...

"Room and restaurants were very good. No breakfast offerings was a problem. In room coffee was poor, instant only. Onsite grocery store was marginal at best. Lack of ice for room. Parking was a challenge, accessory road to park nearest to room was very rutted, rocky, and steep!"
