"The inn is a nice place but no lobby or pool or amenities, so it’s just a room to sleep in basically, no windows in the room I had. For the price I might rather stay in a place that at least offers breakfast. The restaurant is good, the crab soup for dinner was excellent."

"Great location. Staff were friendly. We stayed 2 nights, but our room was never clean, bed not made, coffee not replenished, washcloths not replenished. We parked our care with the valet service, and our car was rummaged through."

"The location is excellent. Can walk everywhere. Concierge was very helpful in booking excursions. Breakfast options were good and liked that coffee is available 24 hours and fresh brewed. Valet parking staff was great. We will definitely come back."

"Great location and super staff.
Buffet breakfast is pretty good- 2 or 3 hot dishes, waffle maker and the usual cold stuff.
Only issue we faced was lack of hot water. BOTH nights of our stay. Their maintenance guy needs a talking to. Apparently the hot water heater was tripping out. He might not have known how to fix it but that’s no excuse for not checking it every 30 minutes to ensure the water stays hot.
Would definitely stay here again but check the hot water 20 minutes before needing a...

"Good location, didn’t have to hear the traffic, 4 for room cleaning, not staffs fault, I guess the person who was in the room before us, had snuck a couple of dogs. If you have asthma or bronchietasis, the smell is overwhelming walking in and down the halls. The staff did a great job to make sure our room had no smells in it. I had called ahead. I did wear my N95 any time walking out of the room. Still strong, staff very kind and professional."

"The carpet throughout was stained and needs at the very least a deep cleaning. The toiled in our room had stains around the top rim (inside) and the bowl looked as it if were hastily scrubbed - and not even fully. It appeared that the property has seen better days (various work-around fixes were apparent) from our bathroom to areas in the hallway.
However, for the price we paid, I can't expect a 5 star hotel, so we aren't terribly upset; we just will stay elsewhere in Savannah if we come...
