"For the price, the hotel was not worth it. The breakfast was not good and cold if you didn’t get it by 6AM. The carpets were very dirty and the pool was completely cloudy, so my kids did not even get in. I would not recommend this place."

"More flexibility for canceling especially during power outrages in the community. We had to get a room because of the storm not sure of when the lights would be back on. They were on a day ahead of time but they wouldn't refund the extra day because I booked through Expedia. I reached out to Expedia and they said speak with property manager which I did and this because a pass the buck problem....needless to say we just kept our card key for the 2 rooms and went home an returned the keys the next...

"I liked the mobile shade on the window but it didn’t function properly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Location was good as well as nearby restaurants. The shower floor looked dirty with some brown marks. Shower entrance caused floor to get wet and could be slippery for some handicapped people getting out. Overall the accommodations and service by personnel was very good."

"We needed this after the first experience we had at another hotel. Started at the front desk. She listened to our struggles from another location. Check in was a breeze. Had a crib ready to be used right away for our 2 year old. Room was clean and felt like a home away from home"
