"Worst hotel experience for a supposed 5-star property. Dirty rooms, cockroaches, ants, clogged bathroom, no hot water, weak A/C, Wi-Fi not working, and dog feces on the terrace. The only response was “sorry,” with no compensation at all. Definitely do not recommend, especially for the price charged."

"Estuvo horrible jaja No tenía agua nuestro lavabo y eso que lo fueron a revisar y no dijeron ni arreglaron nada, no había nada de personal capacitado, solo dos chavos que medio querían ayudar pero no podían hacer mucho. La alberca suuuper sucia y el agua muy turbia que me dió asco meterme a mí y a mi novia. Terrible experiencia que mejor me fui a otro hotel en cuanto pude"
