"Slight but serious issue with booking as Hotels.com didn’t have multiple Hound Hotels listed like Busan. Big location issue so contacted the hotel immediately but no answer ☎️ Contacted Hotels.com by chat and they couldn’t reach the hotel after multiple attempts. A final attempt got through but futile, as the hotel stated they cannot communicate in English. Why on Hotels.com 🤷🏻‍♂️ Maybe they need someone to refer to in these situations 🇺🇸 🇬🇧 Hotels.com said they would...

"They are going out of business and no one goes to the place. Price was too high comparing other clean and comfortable: $80 vs $45 per night. Local taxi drivers told me that no one goes to the place and I did a big mistake. I had to move another hotel after spending one night there with no refund at all."
