"Difficult to get to but worth the trip. We took El Chepe to Bauchivo from Creel and they picked us up when we arrived to transport to the hotel. The place was very comfortable with spectacular views of the Rick formations above. Food was great, staff were very accommodating. Someone in your group should speak Spanish. Highly reccomend!!"

"There are two sister properties being advertised . one is “in town“ the other a little way out of town needing either your own transport or to make use of the hotel shuttle bus. The management were very eager to please and we never have any difficulty with the shuttle but some folk may find it easier to be in town. Overall, the owners/manager were very helpful And we would recommend the property"

"The only heat in the room was from a bottle of propane that was inside, and we were told that we had to leave the window open or we would get carbon monoxide poisoning if we didn’t. We were very cold and didn’t want to die. So we changed hotels. "
