"The address IS NOT CORRECT. This property is not 20 mins from Chiang Mai airport as it says. It is over an hour outside Chiang Mai. We lost many hours of our day due to this. Finding a driver to transport us such a long way was very difficult. After we arrived, We gave them a security deposit and when I messaged the manager on WhatsApp about how we could get our deposit back, I have gotten no response back. The place itself is very pretty. "The property is no longer anything like the pictures. The pool was green with algae. The cafe food is only available till 5 pm but the hours are not posted. After that you are told to eat at 7 Eleven."
