"Excellent customer service esp. Ms Tong has gone out of her way to introduce Shenzhen from the Ancient City, Netherland Flower garden to the Talent park and Shopping centre for our 4 days stay. Will definitely come back to this beautiful modern yet traditional city again."

"We stayed at this hotel for one night in early May. The panoramic sea view was truly stunning, but the room rate was understandably a bit high. Also, the shower head in the bathroom needs repair. That said, the room was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful.
I don’t have the “Meituan” smartphone app, but I needed to buy some medicines—so the staff were willing to assist me with that. I especially liked the music amplifier installed in the hotel room, which added a great atmosphere to...
