"The apartment itself was perfectly clean on arrival, but the sofa and other upholstered chairs were incredibly stained and unsightly.
After several days passed without the room being cleaned—despite putting the sign on the door—we had to go and speak to someone. On our last evening, when we returned after a long day out, we found that they had simply removed the bedding from the extra bed.
Very sparse with kitchen utensils and cups/glasses

"the bedding was not good. very hard pillows. the maid staff never replaced missing items in the room (tissues, creamer for in room coffee, etc.) the place is new, just opened so i give some grace but the staff is not that well trained. could not tip on card, could not arrange a taxi and pay through hotel and other things, didn't always understand requests."

"Booked the Hotel because it was in Kotor old town and stayed for 1 night. Location is perfect if thats all you want and a bed for the night. All the restaurants and bars are literally outside the door. Clean rooms (very creaky bed) Breakfast offering limited and low quality. I would say its what I expected at the price point. Adequate and good for a central night out."

"Het was een hele fijne locatie. Je loopt zo naar het centrum. Het fijne was het zwembad bij hotel. Het is wel mee te vergelijken met een bed&breakfast. Dan een echt hotel. Ze hebben dan ook geen restaurant. Maar wel een koeling waar je eventueel drankjes kunt kopen. Voor ons is dit helemaal goed! Wij gaan op vakantie toch heel graag samen uiteten.
Heel fijn en behulpzaam personeel. Het ontbijt is zeker lekker en goed Maar wel iedere dag hetzelfde. De laatste dag kwamen we er achter dat ze ook...

"The property doesn’t offer parking, you have to pay 15 euros a day, plus the standup shower was horrible, the water wasn’t draining and I had to turn the water off and wait nearly 5 minutes for the water to drain so I can continue. I would never stay here again"

"The hotel is nice but not practical. Elevators are not available in some parts and many stairs. The stuff is not very friendly. You need to buy !! the towel to the pool.
The rooms are nice, very basic and big. I reserved the rooms with elevator. A few days later they noified me that no more rooms with elevator....."
