"Wonderful Stay in Milan! 🇮🇹✨
We had a wonderful stay at Uptown Palace in Milan! The hotel was comfortable, stylish, and conveniently located for exploring the city. The highlight was definitely the amazing breakfast—so many delicious options and a great way to start each day! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we truly enjoyed our experience. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Milan! ❤️"

"I like that the rooms were spacious. The staff was very nice. My room was had ants in it, I mentioned this to the front desk early in the morning. The hotel offered to change rooms or they would re-clean the room and put down an insecticide. I opted for the latter because I was going out for the day. After returning in the evening I saw even more ants in my room! I immediately asked to be moved to another room. The new room was ant free but the temperature would not cool below 24 degrees...

"Room/property relatively new and clean. Air conditioning did not work well and was controlled at the front desk, it seemed as if they controlled a timer or something. Breakfast I did not like due to various items sausage, bacon available was way undercooked"
