Khách sạn 4 sao tại Bande Nere

"We had 2 nights at the hotel. and that is a bad experience. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were a male receptionist. he has an unhappy attitude. action to put your feet on the table when talking (an act of disregarding customers). We spent 40 minutes waiting to get the room. Just because he said he couldn't find our name or Information. It was ridiculous because I ordered it 2 months in advance and paid.
