"Reception Staff were good. Appreciate Hemant & Sunil. Bad housekeeping, dirty toilets, lack of basics like soap, floor mats, fresh towels nit provided. Kettle doesn't work, coffee, milk powder not refilled. AC and duct not functioning well, no cooling, smoke smell in the room, suffocating. Wrong / double billing for laundry. Bad laundry service. Clothes weren't cleaned well and ironed. In total a bad experience."

"Siesta provided a convenient place for me and 5 colleagues to stay while attending a conference at the nearby Novotel HICC. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive and overall it provided good value. It’s by no means the swankiest hotel in hitech but it does the job! "
