The cleaning regime was exceptional and the apartment was roomy, comfortable, well provisioned and private. Great quiet location only 10 mins from Bolhão market with a lovely garden and pool. "This was the best place we've stayed at on our trip! The apartment is so spacious (it has 2 bathrooms!) and beautifully decorated. It's well equipped with modern facilities, yet still reserves the old charms. The building also has a lovely backyard with a pool. The location is perfect - close to most attractions and a few min walk to Capela das Almas de Santa Catarina and Bolhão market. Highly recommend!"

"A very old and tired hotel. Room had not been aired for a long time so smelled damp and musty - I had to open the window as soon as I entered the room. Old furniture, old and dilapidated bathroom / shower. Span and gym not available. Swimming pool available but costs €18 for a swim! I dont expect to pay as a guest of the hotel. Breakfast OK - coffee cold."
