"Checked in late after all nighter from Dubai. Had to use self checkin. Didn’t accept my booking. Then had to go to reception and then made to use a different card. No valet to room we had 4 portes. $467 ? Not happy. Breakfast was great. "

"2nd time staying at the property. Really impressed with the smart toilet and the renovated room. However, bed mattress hard to sleep on....requested mattress topper for the 2nd night but not received. We resorted to using a spare doona to aid the mattress comfortability on one of the beds"

Ground floor room a little noisier than elevated floors but outdoor courtyard delightful. Unfortunately rained every day of our stay. Comfortable bed, very good pillows and linen."

"Comfy, homely, reasonably priced. Lounge is dirty. 10am checkout is unheard of these days, most places are 11am checkout and often agree to a complimentary 12pm checkout when requested, which is a lovely touch! Overall, a comfy stay just a stones throw away from darling harbour. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. We loved the fully equiped kitchens and washer and dryer. "
