"Booked this hotel for the first night of our trip on the Bernia express. Located about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station it was an amazing hotel.
The room we were allocated was in an outer building which was easy to access. The room was spotlessly clean, very spacious with all amenities. The hotel must have had a refurb as you could still smell the new carpets and fresh paint work. The bath was very stylish with everything you could need.
If I were visiting Tirano again I would stay...

"La camera "matrimoniale" (n. 206) era piccolissima. I proprietari affermano che misurasse 14mq, io sono convinto che non arrivasse neppure a 10mq.
Assenza di sedia, scrivania, armadio e spazio fisico per terra per appoggiare e aprire la valigia. Neppure un attaccapanni per appendere il cappotto.
Bagno senza una mensola per appoggiare il dentifricio e lo spazzolino.
Camera pulita ma assolutamente improponibile per qualunque albergo e a maggior ragione per un 4 stelle.

"Le personnel au petit déjeuné ne s'occupait pas des clients, de ce fait je n'ai pas eu de café et il manquait des items alors que je suis arrivé a 7h45 et le breakfast ouvre a 7h30....
Le mardi matin je n'ai pas eu de breakfast car cela œuvrait a 7h30 et j'avais rendez vous a 8h a 20"

"The hotel was in a stunning position, beautifully presented with pleasant, very helpful staff. The breakfast was very well presented and plentiful. The hotel is 5 minutes to a small ferry to take you to Monte Isola.
We will return. "
