"Stayed at Bahia Principe Luxury Bouganville for a week, and honestly, it was such an amazing experience from start to finish. There’s always something to do, the resort is beautiful, and the staff truly made the trip unforgettable. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely took the time to make us feel comfortable and appreciated.

"We have stayed at other Secrets Resorts which we loved and expected the same experience. However, we were very disappointed with several things. The drinks at the pool were awful and the staff could have been more friendly. Even the inside bars and restaurants did not know how to make a simple cocktail.
