"Room was adequate and clean. I liked the location 10 minutes walk to South Gate or SW gate can’t remember but a main entrance to two parks I visited in the Wullingyang area. Close to the town area with lots of local restaurants around. They also offered to pick me up from Zhangjiajie train station complimentary. "We spend 4 days in Zhangjiajie/Wulingyuan. The hotel was perfect. Walking distance to park entrance. The hotel staff was very friendly and always helpful. (Forgot my mobile charger and they gave me one for the whole stay) Especially Joanna (English speaking) helped us a lot with transfers etc. The breakfast is a good mix of western and Chinese food. "our host here has to be the best we’ve encountered! she was extremely helpful with sightseeing directions , accommodating with the room and food, instantly responsive to requests. we somehow had quite a bunch of requests too. I felt really bad but she was so great. This trip would have been a lot harder to navigate if it wasn’t for her help. She even went beyond what is normally expected, helping us with the next leg of our trip in China. highly, highly recommend the place, very clean, beautiful view, and just all around awesomeness. Google translate for the Chinese tourists: 我们在这里遇到的房东绝对是我们遇到过的最好的！她非常热心地为我们提供观光路线建议，房间和餐饮安排得也很周到，对我们的各种要求都能迅速回应。我们当时提了不少要求，我都觉得有点不好意思了，但她真的太好了。如果没有她的帮助，这次旅行肯定会困难得多。她甚至超越了我们对房东的预期，还帮我们安排了在中国下一段旅程的行程。我强烈推荐这家住宿，非常干净，景色优美，一切都非常棒！ "
