"Amazing customer service from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. We were upgraded but ended up liking our original booked room more so they were able to move us to the room we want. They held our luggage while we explored the city and also informed us when our car arrived. The room was nice and clean. Great location as well."

"What a beautiful property! The lobby was very rich in style! The staff was very kind and thoughtful, willing to help in any way possible. The rooms are nicely appointed, and the beds are extremely comfortable! While I didn't use the gym or the pool, both looked in credible! I would highly recommend this property to anyone, especially because there is so much around this hotel as far as food and drink, all in walking distance!"

"Good small hotel with very friendly & helpful staff. Excellent location in heart of Recoleta with good cafés & restaurants only a few steps away. Rooms are large with all facilities but a little austere, fine if you’re going to be out sightseeing, I only noticed because I was in the room working. My room was a bit noisy, probably because I was on the second floor facing the street so street noise woke me early. Lovely sunny pool area & small pool on 11th floor."
