"Very good property located ideally close to the lake but on the quieter side giving the best of both the worlds. Rooms are very cosy, near, clean and satisfactory amenities. Good restaurant with nice and good spread of food. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. "The hotel is dated. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. We had booked an extra bed and was not provided a pillow. The bathroom was not clean. We were meant to stay for two nights and checked out after the first night. The breakfast is substandard. The hotel seems short staffed—when we checked out it was the bellhop that did the processing of the paperwork and not the reception staff and this was around 9am.
According to their ‘proforma invoice’ we are owed a refund of Rs. 5407...

"The check-in process was easy and the staff were very welcoming. The room was in excellent condition and we recieved a complementary wine and milk bath. The place offered some free and paid activities. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and the restaurant staff were very attentive. "Not a Hilton property but it was ok, other properties were full so had no choice,
Rooms were ok large and mostly clean.
Bathrooms need some TLC lots of black mould on the edges , water pressure good, hot water was good.
My room had issues with water slipping thru the glass door and soaking the bath mat, surprised no one noticed this, forgot to mention to the front desk.
No mini refrigerator in the room , in my case had to go to the restaurant for ice 2 times a day to keep my medication...
