"A fantastic place to stay, great location and convenient.
The staff are always lovely, welcoming and helpful. The room this time, did need some tlc. Particularly within the bathroom, pain was pealing from the sealing and the grout seemed stained/dirty?
The hot water facility works well having it just down the hallway.
The 'bar' at the reception is great, welcoming and has a lovely selection of drinks."

"We never ate at the hotel it was less expensive elsewhere. Can’t complain except towels need to be renewed. Also hand soap would be nice.
Room noisy in the morning because of traffic.
Staff should greet customers coming in and out of hotel it’s part of your job!"

"De Vere Tortworth Court is a beautiful and unique mansion, completely surrounded by nature, built over 170 years ago. We came to visit the Cotswolds, and this accommodation worked out quite well (it is a 40 mins-1h drive from the main villages).
Things I loved:
All the shared areas are well kept and organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was good as well as the bistro and the cocktail bar in the library room.
Penhalingon's products in the bathrooms
Plenty of free parking...
