Great location for Cheltenham. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and bright. Corridors and outside could be updated. Gym and pool were great as was the breakfast and meal we had in the evening including our 20% discount.

It's a very reasonably priced hotel with a pool so excellent if you want to keep fit or have children. The staff are all extremely helpful. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. What more can you want?

Nice hotel. Clean and largely well maintained. It's a distance from the town centre if that's important to you, but on a frequent bus route and a good cycle network. Small frustrations are the charge for parking (but the cost of the hotel itself was reasonable) and having to book the pool etc, which is only in 30 minute slots, which put us off a bit.

Staff helpful and friendly. Free parking for 24 hours . Room ok BUT had a funny mouldy smell even with the window open . Good choice at breakfast. Very satisfied apart from the odour in the room . Ideal position for appointment at the Nuffield hospital

Really friendly staff, we were a little put off as we arrived as it looks a bit dated. However, inside looks newly refurbished.

Breakfast and helpful receptionist very good. I booked this hotel as it had an EV charger. Our neighbours in the room nextdoor were a bit noisy, but no fault of the hotel. The duvets were too warm for a summer's day, and only read the bit about asking for a sheet too late.

Clean room. Reasonable parking. Loved the added extra activity ( bear hunt ) for the kids. No AC, which was a surprise to us but was not unreasonably warm with the window open.

Clean good sized room. Unfortunately no air con but fan supplied. Good choice at breakfast and plenty of parking but you do have to pay which always irks me at any hotel.

Pool and spa area were good. Not the hotels fault but we visited during the heatwave and the second floor room was unbearably hot, the window barely opened and the fans were ineffective
