"I’m glad I chose Piazza Heritage Hotel — it’s beautiful and very convenient. The only complaint we had was that the air-conditioning unit made noise every half hour, which disrupted our sleep at times. But overall, it was a great stay. "One of our favourite hotel stays in recent years. Great location, super friendly staff and lovely rooms. The bar and restaurant were both very good as well. They say the true test of hospitality is when something goes wrong, well, the one small problem we had with a leaking A/C unit was fixed within five minutes, with both Maintenance and House Keeping attending to fix and clean up. Amazing! Other hotels could learn from this. We will definitely be going back. "
