"Amenities are fantastic. The only downside is the location but this doesn’t even matter when you have everything you need in the hotel (car rental agency, travel agency, gym, spa with sauna and jacuzzi and restaurant opened till late hours) Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. "

"This accommodation is in a lovely part of Mendoza, close to multiple vineyards, lovely shops, and excellent restaurants. The property we stayed in was a two bedroom house, essentially, with nicely renovated bathrooms x2, a limited kitchen area with a microwave, fridge, sink, and hot water kettle as well as some dishes and flatware. "This is a nice hotel around a convenient area. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. As others have mentioned, there is a small issue with the shower and the floor getting wet. The restroom where the toilet is is enclosed but doesn’t have a vent. Other than those 2 things, everything else was great. Breakfast was good with a variety of items. Room service was convenient. "

"We loved our stay; staff were amazing (especially Tomas & Balti), food was fantastic. The glam camps were so cute with breathtaking views, the entire place is magical. If you are using their transport be sure to confirm times as we often found ourself waiting but overall fantastic stay!
