"全体的に清潔感があり部屋も広かったので過ごしやすかった。途中で部屋の電気がチカチカしてスタッフに伝えると、夜遅かったが部屋を替えてくださった。不満だった点としては、6泊滞在したが、2日に一回は清掃に入り忘れており、その度にタオル類などを受け取るのが不便だった。ランドリーサービスと別でランドリー設備という記載があるが、洗濯機などはなく、フロントに預けて洗濯してもらうサービスだけだった。少し高いが早く仕上げてくださった。駐車場が少し分かりづらいので、車で行く際は連絡して確かめた方が良いと思う。ルームサービスで本格的な韓国料理が食べられるのがよかった。"

"Our room was huge! We were upgraded to a suite so we had more than ample room to stretch out. Bed was comfy and bathroom well-appointed (no skimping on the marble, that's for sure.) However, although they've made efforts to keep things up, the carpet was in pretty sad condition to the point I felt reluctant to put anything clean on the floor.
