"Wonderful room and close to everything. "

"Very friendly welcome and pleasant room. However the noise from the lift was very unwelcome and went on until midnight. We were in room 41 first after reception and also had noise from other guests as they passed our door. Otherwise a very nice hotel and lovely buffet dinner and breakfast."

"Stunning location. Great hospitality. Hotel is classically decorated. Rooms were very clean and the beds super comfy. Not as modern as some hotels but plenty of facilities. Evening dinner was lovely we had the set menu and the choices for breakfast are great. Would stay again. "

"The spa was a nice surprise, great pool. The rooms was huge, but no aircon, so very warm in the summer. The bar was never attended, so difficult to get beverages at any time. The food was limited in choice and average quality. But the location is stunning. "

"First impressions were slightly underwhelming, but ignore those, the hotel is excellent and the staff are great. The food was wonderful and the pool was lovely. To swim and watch kites and eagles overhead is a rare pleasure and now a glorious memory. Criticisms - the room tended to get quite hot and there is public transport but it’s a bit of a walk away, but those a minor criticisms. On the main question - would I go back? Yes. Gladly. Gratefully."
